Hello,
I have products with custom field of different types.
One of them is of type Plug-ins and allows me to match previously uploaded pdf files to media.
How can I export/import this field correctly?

I don't have field customfield_value and this is istraxx_download_simple

Hello,
RO CSVI does not support import and export of istraxx_download_simple plugin. If they are direct values then you can use custom_title, custom_value and custom_param fields for export and import. How is the value stored for this plugin in #__virtuemart_product_customfields table?

Actually it is saved in virtuemart_product_customfields and I can extrapolate the custom_params but it is only an id and therefore when I import it it no longer finds the match...

Hello,
Yes that is because we do not have code to support the plugin so when you import the id RO CSVI will only import the value from file to virtuemart_product_customfields table. It won't correct to find the matching id.
