Resolved How to Export Orders: custom_title & custom_value

Please tell me there is something I can do to expedite the inclusion of Product Builder Data

Unless you can clone me, there is not much you can do. We don't code immediately whenever someone expresses an interest in a feature. Two weeks isn't a long time at all.

Or perhaps this is even easier to accomplish: Can you get the VM Shopper Group to export with the Order exporter?

Shopper group information is not stored with the orders so this is also not possible to export at the moment. This also will need to be coded. Unless you know how to code, you will have to wait or find a coder to add this field for you.

We don't advertise CSVI as being compatible with Product Builder, so you know it isn't supported. As this is not a simple field, you can't expect us to code it instantly for you.

We will honour your request to add support for Product Builder but it will take some time.

Every product purchased has this data stored...........

The productbuilder_product_id is a field CSVI has found in the database, it may export what is in that field but Product Builder itself is not supported yet. This is something I am looking into for the next release.

The field name for product_name is order_item_name and Shopper_group_name field is not supported.

Hello,

The custom field data is stored in the product_attribute field. How this data is stored all depends on the custom field you are using. This can be anything from plain text to JSON strings.

In your case, if the product_attribute only contains the value Medium, it may be hard to find out which custom field this value belongs to unless there is only 1 custom field per product.

As Tharuna said, we don't support export custom field data other than what is in the product_attribute field.

CSVI don't support custom fields with orders right now. We do have it in our list of future developments and will send you the patch when it is ready.

Are VM custom field known as product_attribute in the tables?

If so.... the old version of VM exported this data like this:

product_attribute
Size: Medium<br/> Color: Ash

Now it exports like this:

product_attribute
Medium
-----------

I suppose I am asking how to get the Title and Data exported?

As of Now It appears I am just getting data in product_attribute

Can you also confirm that the tables I am referring to are correct when seeking CUSTOM FIELDS in VM Products?
