Hello,
I can't manage to export from an Excel spreadsheet readable by ROCSVI
I am exporting data from K2. Everything is ok for the import if I don't modify the file in Excel.
But if I modify (and I need to modify some values), I can't make a csv file readable by ROCSVI.
The following error message appears: No uploaded data has been provided
What are the right settings to export to Excel?
Thanks for your help

P.S. I'm using Excel for M365

There is no problem with the attached file even after editing the file and saving the file import preview loads fine for me. See attached screenshot. I am using Excel for M365 for Mac. I am thinking the problem could be on how your file is saved by your software after edit. Can you open the file using OpenOffice software, edit and save the file?

Run import and check after that.

Well, I tried from another computer, but still Windows + M365.
I use the Excel file I sent you before.

I do a csv export from Excel using the "CSV UTF8 (comma delimited)" choice.
Then I try to import into ROCSVI, and I still get this message "No uploaded data has been provided"

What's strange is that my csv file is exported with semi-colons instead of commas as separator, and I can't intervene on Excel, it's very annoying... (I guess it's because I'm using the French version of Excel)
But it should still be importable, even with those semicolons, right?
I have attached the csv file obtained from excel.
Is there any setting I can make in ROCSVI to make it import this file correctly?

For the record, I need to use Excel because Libre office can't handle the full file (this is an excerpt), very heavy.

I have progressed...
By using the "load from server" function in the import of my file, plus the delimiter settings, I was able to go further.
The file was recognized in the preview.

But, then, the import crashes because of the date format... In French...
Here is an example of an error line that was returned to me after the import attempt:
"Incorrect Failure Not added. Error: Incorrect datetime value: '14/05/2013 12:40' for column 'created' at row 1"

How to get a correct export with this Excel junk that reinterprets the data?
Do you have any idea how to get out of it?

In template fields page for created field set the date format as Y-m-d H:i:s and save the template field. That is the database supported format. Run export and then check import with the latest file. See attached screenshot.

Yessss, it works, finally...

But I have a problem importing repeatable fields after import. They aren't displayed after import.
I open another ticket.
