Resolved How to assign multiple images to products?

Hello,

Just a quick question.
I see everywhere that multiple images must be on the same productline sererated by a | .
But isn't there any other way to have multiple lines of the same product with an image for each row?

Hello Thijs,

You can import images using the Image import, there each image has to be on a line of it's own. See the Import VirtueMart images tutorial for details. It talks about VirtueMart 2 but the same goes for VirtueMart 3.

I allready saw this tutorial but I didn't see a mentionning of multiple records...
Maybe usefull to have it updated? ;)

Very nice plugin by the way. I'm still searching to learn how all things work before I start creating templates. Want to have the whole package checked out before I begin.

The document just don't have it because it would show the duplicated product details in multiple lines. Will add a small section in the tutorial for multiple images on multiple lines too. Thank you for your suggestion.
