hi, how i can delete variant of all children product?

For example:
https://www.quorestore.it/girl-moda-bimba/capispalla/giubbotto.html

If i select BLU and 9/10A, show variant of children products: PANNA and 7/8A

Yes, you should also create single fields COLORE and TAGLIA of type string.

Hello,
Yes thats correct, you should also be creating one more string custom field for TAGLIA. After that update available fields and run the import.
