In my last import I've 58 errors (see first attachment).
How can I understand where are the import errors ?
I'm looking inside the log file but I don't find the word "error".
Help me please.
Thanks.

Hello,
How can I understand where are the import errors ?

The error count you see is where CSVI has checks in code and have failed. Do you have any problem with your import? Debug log looks good to me at first glance.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,

To understand what these errors are you can view them in the import log. Go to CSVI Pro -> Logs and select your import or tick the box and click Details. You now get a list of each row and what it was. There is also a filter, to filter on just the errors, so that should give you a better understanding of what is going on.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi rolland, if I try to search "Error" using the filter It doesn't give me nothing, but I've 58 errors (see the first attachment).

Hello,
Can you post a screenshot of what you see in the page Roland told you to check? I mean on CSVI Pro -> Logs and select your import or tick the box and click Details.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
In the second screenshot where it shows the list of action with the result do you see Error in Result column when you move on second page or so on?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
The screenshot you have attached is not clear but could see the error log entries. Hope it helps you to find the cause for the errors.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
