How can I create a tab separated CSV. for an Export. of Virteumart.

Hello,

To create a tab separated file, you put the letter t as field delimiter. This is also explained in the help text by clicking on the Help button.

Also forgot to mention that you can set the text enclosure and field delimiter options in your export template settings on File tab.

Hello,
Are you saying you want to have exported file in tsv format? There is no direct way to export the file as tsv but you can open the exported file on File menu >> Save. In the dialog window select the "Text (Tab delimited) (*.txt)" file type option, and Save the file. The CSV file will save as a tab delimited data file with a TXT file extension.
