Hi,
Can I do the following with my Hikashop order export:
1) only export certain status (filter order status)
2) include a custom product field
3) include the joomla username of the shopper

As for all these options, if you are interested I can send you a patch file when they become available so you don't have to wait until the final release. When the final release comes you can just update
As for the timestamp question, you found the tutorial I assume.
- Not available yet, but order filters will be added for version 6.5.0
- Custom fields are not supported yet for HikaShop. I need to find out how HikaShop handles them for orders.
- That will also be added in version 6.5.0
