Resolved Help needed to update VM products and their custom fields

Hello,
I'm trying to update a VM products catalog.
For simple product everything is running fine but I'm struggle a bit to update produtcs with custom fileds.
I read the documentation. Made some export to see what fields shoud be needed…
My csv import file does nothing. No values are updated.
There is no error, but custom_value values and custom_price values are not updated.

Attached to this message, there are:
- a screenshot of a product page
- a screenshot of the customfield tab in the VM admin for the same product
- a screenshot of the customfield parameters
- a sample of my csv import file (as a zip file)

I really need some help

Hello,
I see a problem with your import file. For custom_title field you have Matière/Format value only once whereas for custom_value field there are around 11 values separated by ~. You need to add Matière/Format value 11 times in custom_title field like one custom_title per custom_value. You can take a look at Product import with custom fields document and CUSTOM FIELDS WITH MULTIPLE VALUES section.
