Resolved Getting customfields erased after import csv file

Hello,
I’m trying to create some products with child products using CSVI PRO
Problem: all preset custom fields (customfieldsforall) disappear after import process in Virtuemart.
1. I create customfields (customfieldsforall) with some values (Screenshot_1)
2. Then I include it in stockablecustomfields (Screenshot_2)
3. Importing this file. No errors after import
4. File erases all data in customfieldsforall except the last one (Screenshot_3)
5. And product product looks like this (Screenshot_4)


Where is the error? I used to use similar files before the last update ( CSVI PRO) and they were OK to import products to Virtuemart.

Joomla 3.9.2, VirtueMart 3.4.2, PHP 7.3

Hello,
With last CSVI version we added a delete query to remove any duplicate of customfieldsforall values in stockable custom fields. This delete query was not specific to any custom value and was deleting the entries which were made for the custom field. That is fixed with the attached patch file. Can you load the attached patch file and run your import again?

Well, found some more issue after installing your patch.

Only last Product gets imported with custom fields. (Screenshot_3)

Hello,
Can you post a screenshot on how you have ART_PRODUCT_PROPERTY_SHOES_SIZE_ADIDAS and Параметры: Спецы Adidas custom fields set up? I want to know if there is any value set in Default value for these fields in VirtueMart Custom fields page. Check screenshot attached on how the default value should be. Do you have it the same way?

Can you also tell us which version of Breakdesigns Stockable custom fields and custom fields for all plugin versions you are using? Running the import here on local site with the last patch, your template XML and import file works good. Screenshot attached with result of one product.

Hello,
Your custom fields set up and the versions are all good. Queries in your debug log shows all the entries are done, there is nothing wrong i could see. Can you send a private message of your site administrator login details and SFTP details? I will take a look at your site and see if i can find anything.
