I import images via an xlm file. The xlm file contains one or two images and / or a PDF. About 50% of the images are saved just fine as the SKU with the mime type .JPG. The other images are not given a mime type. When downloading the example I get 8712048323257_1% 2E PDF files are never recognized and always have% 2E as extension. Not a problem in itself if it were only the pdf files, I can change them afterwards. But now both JPG and PDF files have extension% 2E. Then it gets a bit more difficult.
Is it possible that the pdf also gets the correct extension when downloading and why do some JPG files get a% 2E.

Hello,
The good news is that the PDF will be saved. But no extension is added. Only a point instead of .pdf. Now I do that manually. But that is a lot of work.

The problem is the extension, since it is a not a valid image extension, RO CSVI is not able to process it. If you add the extension manually are you able to access the file?

And the file url is no longer correct. I am not able to change that yet. 1

The file_url updated to database is without pdf extension and that should be updated as well.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
Please post import debug log, sample import XML file and your import template XML file to check. To get the debug log check How to collect debug information? document. To get your template XML file, in RO CSVI maintenance menu select RO CSVI on first option, backup templates on second option, select your template and download the XML file. Post the XML file.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Here are the files. I see in the log that the pdf files are recognized but not getting a mime file. .pdf. Maybe that's a step closer.

Hello Drees,
Thank you for posting the requested files. RO CSVI checks if the files in file_url are image files before they are saved and so pdf is not saved. You can see error The file https://cbonline.boekhuis.nl/pls/cover/p_get_cover_fe?p_hash=FD3D705612A75EEC51324C6349AFEB51 is not an image in the debug log. Checking the upload of pdf file in VirtueMart, it does uploads the file but treats the file same as image file on frontend. We have added this issue to our todo list and will send you a patch file when it is ready. As of now we do not have an ETA on when the patch will be ready.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
