Hi,
I'm using CSVi 5.18.
I have issued a template to import users. The CSV file contains usernames that begins with "zero" (example 0208836). How to force the import as text ? because CSVi imports the usernames as numbers deleting the initial "0"...

Hello Andrea,

CSVI doesn't remove the zeroes before the usernames, if you import them and they are gone, it means they are gone in the file you are importing. Most likely is, if the file has been opened in a spreadsheet, the zero has already been removed there because spreadsheets will do that with numbers that start with a zero. The best way to see that is to check the file you want to import with a plain text editor. This will show you how CSVI sees your data.

To know more you will have to post your debug log and the file you are importing if you want us to check what is happening. In case the import file (because they are users) contain confidential information. Please send it via a Private message.
