Hi!

I'm using CSVI Pro 7.7.0 with Joomla 3.8.11 an these problems occur on two different testservers/installs.

My main problem is shown in this screenshot, the contents in the maintenance list are not displayed

If I get redirected from the "install example templates" link (that is shown in the green message if you have now templates) i can see them.

My second problem is, that I can't find the option to "Use ICEcat data", like mentioned on this support page

The files index and the manufacturer index are loaded...

Hello,

There could be a Javascript error while loading the maintenance list, Can you check the error as explained in the document Use Firebug to analyse problems and post us the screenshot on what you see?

My second problem is, that I can't find the option to "Use ICEcat data", like mentioned on this support page

You did not tell us which import are you using? You would see these options either in VirtueMart Product import template or HikaShop product import template.

The last errors where the cursor is at were triggered by switching the first choice.

I have tried the "Example Joomla Content Import" and own variations. Is VirtueMart/HikaShop necessary or is there another easy way of importing ICEcat data?

Hello,
The last errors where the cursor is at were triggered by switching the first choice.

Please load the attached patch file and then you should be seeing the list loading.

I have tried the "Example Joomla Content Import" and own variations. Is VirtueMart/HikaShop necessary or is there another easy way of importing ICEcat data?

CSVI supports ICECat for e-commerce extensions VirtueMart and HikaShop only. As per your requirement you need to install VirtueMart or HikaShop CSVI addon by downloading it from CSVI Downloads page and under CSVI Pro Extensions section. You can then create VirtueMart Products import or HikaShop Products import to download ICECat products. Hope it is clear.
