HI!

Today I bought CSVI Pro.
If I upload the example.csv file to the field mapper menu, the fields are appear but, i can not find in the "CSVI fields" the next ones: product_name, product_desc,etc. The list is too short. Thx! (J3.X+VM3, com_csvi_6.2.0_pro)

Hello,

Go to CSVI Pro -> Maintenance -> Available Fields and click Update. If you still do not see the fields, go to CSVI Pro -> Tasks -> click Reset and confirm and then do the update again.

Now you should see the fields.

1. re- installed the plugin is solved
2. Available Fields menu does not appear content, white page :(
3. Price import (.CSV) does not work, the other fields are perfect

This is an error during installation, Why? :ohmy:

Hello,

What are you trying to do with the installation? It seems there is a conflict with an old installation that is still there. You may need to delete all tables starting with k2xip_csvi_ first and uninstall CSVI and then install it fresh.

You said the import is already running well, why install again? Care to explain?
