Resolved Field combine rule - empty columns

Hi,

when I used field combine plugin, I found out, that empty columns are omitted from result. This is usefull for example for images, where empty value should not be imported. But for example for custom fields this could cause problems, when some custom field is missing fro specific product.

Would be great, to have option Combine empty values in the plugin, please see attached patch.
