Can you tell us which RO CSVI version you are using? Also the error is not complete. Is that the full error you see?

There are two things going on here. An error message is generated because the URL to the file you are using cannot be read. While building the error message, there is another error which is what you see.

Please load the attached patch file and the error should be gone. However you should see the error message about the URL not being able to be read, so you may want to check the URL as well.
