Hi,
Please help. Plugin and J2 store component enabled, however, template csvi does not show J2store component selection. It is not possible to configure the template. Import to K2 component writes: No extension has been found on the uploaded file /home/www/http://paradises.biz/www/paradises.biz/tmp/com_csvi/1971482523/e2uj6wxv, now I do not know what to do with your file . Please check your file if it has a valid extension. Valid extensions are csv, tsv, txt, xml, xls and ods.
Feed is an xml file, so what I do you do badly? Kamila

Hello,
Please help. Plugin and J2 store component enabled, however, template csvi does not show J2store component selection.

Go to CSVI Tasks page and click on Reset button. This should get you J2Store in component list in your template. Would also recommend you to update your available fields before running your import.

In your template settings on file tab, set Use file extension to XML so you are forcing CSVI to use XML as extension for the file. See if your file is read after that.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello Kamila,
If you do not see Use file extension option in your template settings click on Advanced button on top to see it.

Hello Kamila,

Hi,
I still can not import the feed. In advance, you've tried to import this feed - an attachment picture you sent me. Can you advise me how to import the feed? Still writes No column headers have been found in the file. Kamila

In your template go to the tab File and set the option Use file for configuration to No. Your XML doesn't have the correct names that VirtueMart knows. So you need to add these template fields to your template and map them to your XML file. This process is explained in the Import XML document.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Kamila,

The component doesn't matter for CSVI. I wrote VirtueMart in my comment but I meant J2Store. It is just that I write VirtueMart so often, it is kind of stuck :silly:

The template fields still need mapping but in your case, they need to be mapped to J2Store fields. Same process, just different names.
Kind regards,

RolandD
