Hello Roland,

It would be great if it would be possible to exclude certain products from the export.
I have 'virtual' goods like donations and services. I don't want to send these to the fulfilment company.
In my case I've made a custom field "verzendbaar/nietverzendbaar". If i could filter on this custom field (only export "verzendbaar";), my problem is solved.
This custom field is in the product table.
It would also be workable to use categories instead of a custom field.

No hurry at all!

Hello Suzanne,

All the best wishes for 2016.

This custom field is in the product table.
This means you can use the field for export, however you would need to do a manual filter afterwards.

It would also be workable to use categories instead of a custom field.
The category export already exists for the product export. You do not see it?

Sorry, my question wasn't clear. I meant in the order export! Both the custom field and the category are indeed available in the product table, but not available in the orders and i need to skip the product records in the order export that are not 'sendable'.

Ha, then we are talking about something completely different :)

A category filter on orders is not easy nor do I think it is a good idea. Order data is static and the categories may change. As for the custom field, is this custom field also in the order table or not?

Just to follow up, we are planning to add the category filter on the order export. Let's see if it works out.

perhaps there is another solution: use the product_vendor_id.
This field is available in the order export. I will have to test if this will do exactly what i want (split the orders up in different exports: one for each vendor).
I'll let you know....
