Hello!

I would like to export product.
Iff I choose export, after example virtuemart product export and i click the export button I get this message:
"
Status error: 200
Status message: OK

Fatal error: Class 'Com_virtuemartModelExportProduct' not found in /home/firstboy/balintjoe-com/kepten3/administrator/components/com_csvi/controllers/exports.php on line 141 "

how can i active the debug log
See at the top of this page Where to get the debug information, it explains how to active it and where to find it.

I selected all catégories and put yes to subcategories.
Selecting everything is the same as selecting nothing. Only problem with selecting everything is that the database may not like the query. So it's better not to select anything.

how can i active the debug log
becose i have No debug log available in my dashboard...

on the template virtuemart products export. I selected all catégories and put yes to subcategories.
i have 562 product...So I think I would have products in my csv file.I'm sorry. I have the impression of not being good...Maybe, also, my questions concerned not anymore this discussion. Do you want me to start an other subject?

Hello,

You mean the export file is empty? If so, it may have to do with the filters set on the template. You can post the debug log if you want me to take a look at that.

yes
I add the download on server part and it work, it' now downloading the file live when I click export.

But no files on tmp/com_csvi/export...

and no product on the file, i really need to read and check all my template field.

Hello,

That there is no CSV file can be explained by that the CSV file is created, the download is initiated and then the file is deleted by the download. When you check there won't be any file.

If you go to Templates -> Templates and edit your template and set the export to also Save on server and specify a location on your server. Is the file being saved in the location you provided?

it's never download...not even if I try again. Not even if I try in firefox or chrome.

my folder are status writable...but in FTP I have nothing in /tmp/com_csvi/export...

In CSVI > Maintenance > > Running processes
I seel my last export
path is /public_html/tmp/com_csvi/1459359251/CSVI_Export_CSVI Category details export_28-03-2016_19.46.csv
but in /tmp/com_csvi i dont have /1459359251

and no csv...

Hello,

Sometimes it happens that the browser doesn't pick up a download the first time. Give the export a try again, does it download then?

The temporary file is created in tmp/com_csvi/export. Do you see anything in that folder? You can also check by going to CSVI Pro -> About and see if all folders are writable.

it seems to work, but still have a (stupide) question.

not shure...where i can download and use my csv
I have successfully export my product
Processed : 562
Filename : CSVI_Example VirtueMart Product export_7-04-2016_08.17.csv
Debug log : No debug log found

but no download append. I see it suppose to create the csv in tmp. But isn't...
for the en-GB table...not whure how to do... i'M gonna read about it. thanks for help!

Hello Rosalie,

Thank you for the access details. I was able to see the issue as well and applied some fixes to the code to deal with the error. The real cause I will fix in the next release of CSVI.

One issue though, your site is missing the VirtueMart language tables for en-GB, that is something I leave to you to fix. These missing tables mean you cannot edit the example template.

so i just choose export all...from your template to see my id.

Let's see what is going because the error is pretty much impossible because the data is changed to the correct type before the line where the error is thrown. Are you filtering on any product categories?

I have uninstall and re-install the addon and it change nothing.

I'm using Joomla 3.5.1, PHP Version 5.4.45, and CSVI 6.5.5.

Which Joomla and CSVI version are you using?

Before re-installing, did you uninstall the addon and CSVI? If you do that, this will remove any old files that may have been left behind.

Hi have the same error, enven after re-install the addon and upload files via FTP to be shure. I'M not able to export products becose it give me the same error

You need to install the VirtueMart addon indeed. That link is forbidden because it is old. Go to Downloads -> CSVI Pro Extensions and click on View Files. There you can download the VirtueMart add-on.

Library path /administrator/components/com_csvi/addon/com_virtuemart cannot be found. having the same issue when you check is not there, and reinstalling it doesn`t work, seriously specifically how do you fix, do you provide the files from the path specified.
