Resolved Exporting Virtuemart Sales Data

HI,

I know that CSVi is not a reporting tool but can you pass on any advice/best practice for exporting sales data?

I don't particularly wan to go and buy a reporting tool for Virtuemart, not because I am trying to save cash, but more because there are not any out there that suit or work well.

I need to export data for;

All Sales per month - general income, etc
Best Sellers - maybe top 20 or so
Worst Sellers - maybe bottom 20 or so

Is any of this possible with the latest CSVi versions?

Hello Andy,

All this is possible with CSVI, the only thing that is missing is the actual query/queries doing all the crunchwork. In it's basics it is just another export.

You are definitely not the first to ask about reporting abilities, some people are already using CSVI to this extend. I have decided to give this a try and see how it pans out.

Can you give me a more detailed explanation of what you would expect in the sales data export? We can then model the export after that.
