Resolved exporting limited products

In the debug log I see you use CSVI Pro Version: 5.16, it would be good to update to CSVI 5.21.2 as this is the latest release.

Aside from that, when you run the same export 3 times, do you get the exact same number of products in all 3 exports? If not, that would mean your server stops the export. It would then only be possible to export all in batches by setting the number of records you want to export in your template.

You have added product_sku, product_in_stock, published, virtuemart_product_id fields as your Group by fields in your export template. Can you remove the published and product_in_stock field from Group by list and try the export?

I completely removed those fields from export, to have only fields I need, but still only a few are exported.

How about you remove the other fields product_sku and virtuemart_product_id in Group by fields and run the export? I don't see anything wrong in your export debug log to limit your products in export.

Ok those group by fields are there by default in CSVI old version. But when looking at the screenshots i found something in Options tab, you have set the custom field title filter. Can you try setting it to Don't use and check the export?

I see that 1787 products are exported from your export file. How many products you see in your #___virtuemart_products_nl_nl table from your PHPMyAdmin? Can you post the screenshot of that too?

Ok i see that all 5880 lines are processed in your debug log but since you have custom fields added for your export, the products which have custom fields are being exported. Can you check if #__virtuemart_product_customfields table has 1787 rows in your PHPMyAdmin? what if you export only product_sku and product_name? Do you see all 5880 rows then?
