That is indeed a large dataset, overriding the limits usually only works on a VPS/Dedicated server.
The best way to try to export such a set is to run it either as a cronjob or directly from the command line. This way you are not limited to the limitations of the webbrowser. Check the
Setting up a cron job document for the details on how to do this.
