Resolved Exporting 93000 users problem

Hello,

One of my customers has a website with more than 93000 registered users and we use CSVI Pro 6 for exporting this users.

I get the following error message when I try to export the whole list users

The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server may still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process.

However if I try to export a subset of the users, like the users registered in the last year, I can create the file.

Is there anyway to increase the last server response timeout? It seems the server needs more time to create the file.

Hello,
Since the export rows are more, You can try out doing two things, try increasing maximum execution time which can be set in template settings. Click on Advance button, find tab called Limits, set Override system limits to Yes and set a maximum execution time in there. But it may not work on many servers as this is not allowed, in that case you may need to contact your hosting provider to increase the maximum execution time.

Second option is you can export data in batches, In template Setting set on file tab use from record and to record to retrieve in batches.
