Hi

I have install CSVI Pro 5.2 in Joomla 3.3.6 (Virtuemart 3.0.2) PHP 5.4.32.
When i try to export the order from VM. I get an error:
Table 'krtch_test.jos_virtuemart_paymentmethods_de_de' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT virtuemart_paymentmethod_id AS value, payment_name AS text FROM jos_virtuemart_paymentmethods_de_de

Other Exports look fine in the Backend

Hello,

Looks like you have selected a language that is not in use by VM. Set the language to English and see if you get your orders but there is nothing in the German tables as they don't exist.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello,

Post the CSV file so I can see what is in there. There is most likely an error present.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Table 'krtch_test.jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_de_de' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `virtuemart_manufacturer_id` AS value,`mf_name` AS text FROM `jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_de_de`

Hello,

Ok, so the CSV you posted has an error as well related to the German language table. After you change the language on the Option tab to English and Save it, it comes back as German? Sounds a bit odd.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland

Yes it is very strange ;-(. I have reinstalled the CSVI 5.2 Pro. I change the language in the Backend in ENG. The VM ist in ENG.
But it is still the same. The Example Export VM Order ist the same i posted before.

When created my Export VM Order export...and save it. The error it the same again!
Table 'krtch_test.jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_de_de' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `virtuemart_manufacturer_id` AS value,`mf_name` AS text FROM `jos_virtuemart_manufacturers_de_de

In my MySQL DB there is the table jos_virtuemart_manufacturercategories_en_gb and jos_virtuemart_manufacturercategories.

What can i do???

Hello,

I change the language in the Backend in ENG.
Have you changed the language in your export template? What do you see on the Options page of your export template? Can you post a screenshot of that?
Kind regards,

RolandD

Thanks for that. There is something that stands out in step 3. You no longer have the tabs as you have in step 1. What you don't show is the Options tab.

Do this, create a new template but on the Options tab (this is the third tab, right to the Fields tab) you select English and not German. After that save your template. It should still be good.

What you can also do is follow this tutorial Setting up a VirtueMart 2 multi-language shop and only do the first step called Configure VirtueMart. Now you don't have to use all the languages, but by having them set, you tell VirtueMart to create all the missing tables.
Kind regards,

RolandD
