There is nothing wrong i could see in your debug log and template except that you are using old version of CSVI. Please try the export after upgrading your CSVI to latest 7.1.0 version.

Hello Tharuna,
there are more categories for export.
I've adeed to the export the virtuemart_category_id field.
The export file shows ids up to 302.
The Viruemart(admin panel) categories id's goes to 523.

As posted earlier please update your CSVI and then try the export. If you still see issue in your export, can you send me #__virtuemart_categories and #__virtuemart_categories_el_gr tables mysql dump to check?
