Hi,

Exporting users form J3 to J4 does not include the blocked users. I'm using the provided template and I can not find what I can do to include them.

Any idea?

Hello Tom,
After importing the file I get this error: Duplicate entry for key idx_ username.
I checked the databse and I cannot find any duplicate key.

Thank you for posting the debug logs. Debug log has first 20 entries (by default) and shows no problem with username. Please post the export file you used for import. I will run the import on my test site with your file and see what is going on.

Before importing, I deleted all users (except admin) form the database.

Hi Tharuna,

When it rains it pours...

I followed your advice and that seems to work. But I get now all the users but they are all unblocked and all have todays registration date.

After importing the file I get this error: Duplicate entry for key idx_ username.
I checked the databse and I cannot find any duplicate key.

I attached both the export and import log files.

Hello Tom,
Thank you for posting the requested debug log. In your user export template on Options tab you have set State field filter to enabled. See attached screenshot. This is getting users who are not blocked on export. To get both blocked and unblocked users set this filter to Don't use, save the template and run the export.
