CSVI 6 can be found on the Downloads page it is at the top of this page in the menu.

Did you try changing the filters as I asked?

You say to install 6.0 but where do I find it to download? Can't get a link to download.

Hello Don,

As the resulting file tells you, you have made selections which led to nothing being matched. Do you get any output if you set the User vendor group to Don't use?

I am thinking that your shoppers are not vendors, at least not at the same time.

As Tharuna said, it may be a good idea to update to CSVI 6, since CSVI 5 support ends in 2 weeks.

From the screenshots it shows that you are using older version of CSVI. It is recommended to upgrade to latest CSVI version, there are many new features and bug fixes done with the latest version.
