Hello - Was this patch file incorporated into the latest stable release? I just purchased today but I'm having the same issue. Only getting products, no variants.

(and I am referring to VARIANTS, which are different than characteristics in HikaShop).

By the way, the link to the "HikaShop Variants Export" documentation on this page brings up a 404: https://csvimproved.com/support/export/233-hikashop

Update - I have the variants now working (had a setting wrong in the template, oops). But without documentation on this particular feature, I'm stuck trying to figure out how to make the characteristic values for each variant show up in the export as column data.

For example, the HikaShop product variants in this site are usually a combination of a length value and a connector value. For example, 6' with D rings vs. 3' with X connector. (safety equipment). Any tips on how to make the characteristic values export as columns for the variant product rows?

Please have a look at HikaShop Variants documentation and on Export tab you can see the explanation on how to export product variants data. Don't forget to update your available fields if you are missing any fields.

Still can't get this to work. Have tried following your directions and adding the characteristic fields so we can get the style and color, but then we get an error and the export won't even run.

The fields show as available, so what could be wrong? See SS attached.

I think there is some confusion with characteristics and custom fields. When a product related custom field is added, HikaShop adds a new column to product table with the custom field name. The field 4-style is taken as custom field and as this field is missing in your products table you are seeing the error on export. I will check this issue with your HikaShop data which is requested to post in your other thread.
