Hello we have a template to export virtuemart orders and sunndedly is exporting the most orders 2 times

we have version 6.5.2 on Order address type we have Billing address

No with one click. first click in old version is opening the desire template and then we hit proccess

Hello,

So you mean that the import starts with the click of 1 button? That won't be possible via the web interface because you will get into the wizard for the import. The export should be possible.

For the import there is currently no option to bypass the wizard other than running it as a cron command.

Yes, you can link the template by ID but perhaps you want to be a bit more clear as to where you want to use this.

ok thanks i run the backup and then i have made the uprgrade..

Can i ask something at previous version i was able to make a link to template with the id of the template.Is this possible at the new version?

If these are CSVI 6 templates, then yes. If not you will need to convert them to CSVI 6 format first.

Hello,
The problem is CSVI 5 and CSVI 6 versions have a lot of difference in them in terms of files and database structure. So for updating from CSVI 5 to CSVI 6 version there is a procedure to be followed which is mentioned in the extension downloads section on CSVI main site. It is now recommended to completely remove all tables that start with csvi_ and then uninstall CSVI. After that do a fresh install of CSVI 6.5.2 and the Virtuemart add-on.

Please follow the instructions in the document for Uninstalling CSVI and then do fresh install of CSVI 6.5.2 version and Virtuemart addon.

oh yes sorry i had csvi virtuemart plugin in this version i am trying now to install 6.5.2 version and i am getting this error
and the component is not working...

You mentioned that you are using CSVI 6.5.2 version in your original post but screenshot shows that you are using an older version. Can you confirm which version of CSVI you are using?

Group by and Sort by fields can be found in template settings, under fields tab, you mean you don't see it there?

Try setting Group by and Sort by fields in export template to avoid duplicates.
