Hello Jef,
You can add a Multi replace rule for export where you select Operation as Substring and In the Filter section set the Start field as 5 since you don't want the first 4 characters, leave the End field to be empty so it takes till the end of the string. Save the rule and apply the rule on order_number field in your template fields. Run the export and check.
