Resolved EXPORT ONLY PRODUCTS and SHOPPERS (Virtuemart)

Hello

I am having 2 websites and I need to export their virtuemart products just to compare the prices and export their clients inside.
I will not use the component at the moment for import or update since I am a new user and feel very unfomfortable to dig bigger.
I dont want to do extreme jobs just export to find specific data as you can see at the moment

My configuration is
I use joomla 3.6.5 and VirtueMart 3.0.7.4
I have installed the CSVI Pro and the file (pkg_csvi_7.2.3_pro) and plugin (plg_csviaddon_productbuilder_csvi_7.2.2)

First I want to do if this thing is working or I am doing something wrong
For example in Templates I see some "Example Joomla users export"
Going to template fields, i see email fullname ok so far is ok (i would like to add city, po, tel from VM but will see later)'
I dont have any rules
And field mapper is empty

I go to export, select Example Joomla users export and select Export

I get an error
Error
Table 'dik1.#__fields' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `name` FROM `#__fields` WHERE `state` = 1 AND `context` = 'com_users.user'

Also for content
Error
Table 'dik1.#__fields' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT `name` FROM `#__fields` WHERE `state` = 1 AND `context` = 'com_content.article'

I tried the Example Joomla menu export, it's working. nice

Thats why i contact through my first message here since I believe that if even the default-example template is not working, something's wrong with my eshop inside (which is ok running nice, no need to worry). Should I update something at first ?

Since you are saying you need to export VirtueMart products and prices and users you need to install plg_csviaddon_virtuemart_csvi_7.2.0 addon.

To export VirtueMart users you should be using VirtueMart users info export template and not Joomla users export template. For this you need CSVI VirtueMart addon installed as suggested.

I go to export, select Example Joomla users export and select Export

That is because you are not on Joomla 3.7 version. Once you update to Joomla 3.7 version, error will be gone.

Yes, please update your Joomla to latest version and follow the suggestions given.

Where can I find the plg_csviaddon_virtuemart_csvi_7.2.0 addon ?
I visited the Downloads section and i only see Hikashop and the other I downloaded and mention before

Thanks for your help.
Everything is set excellent.
I did the export, works extremely perfect.
One more last thing (photo)

I see that show some strange stuff in descriptions (because my site is in greek)
but ok, if opened in Notepad++ all looks good and I can work as I wanted.
Just asking if this may interfere with anything wrong if in the future will try
to import and mess up my descriptions or utf-8 characters.

Hello,
This is not a problem with export but the excel is not able to read those characters. As you said yourself the file is good with notepad++. You can use OpenOffice or LibreOffice instead of excel and your export file should be fine.
