Resolved Export Joomla Users fails

I have set up an export to export joomla users;
fullname,email

When running this I get this error;

Error

You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ') GROUP BY Com_UsersModelExportUser ORDER BY Com_UsersModelExportUser' at line 5 SQL=SELECT `u`.`name` AS `fullname`, `email` FROM `w3094_users` AS `u` LEFT JOIN `w3094_user_usergroup_map` AS `map2` ON `map2`.`user_id` = `u`.`id` WHERE `map2`.`group_id` IN () GROUP BY Com_UsersModelExportUser ORDER BY Com_UsersModelExportUser


I also downloaded the log file to attache for you here, but the downloaded file was blank/empty? I seem to remember this was a problem in the beta versions too?

Correct and this should have been fixed. If the log file is over a certain size it is no longer zipped but offered as a text download.

As for the export CSVI seems to think there is a usergroup to filter on. Have you selected any usergroups? Can you check the template says there are no usergroups to filter on?

See Screenshot, I have everything set as "Don't Use" & nothing selected in Group.

Selecting the Group dropdown, I don't actually see any of my usergroups anyway, I only see an asterix with a note saying "dont use". I selected this, save and tried the export again & got the following error

Do you see the help texts as soon as you open the template? If so, there is a JavaScript error and that should be resolved first.

I see all the help text message as soon as the templates are opened, but this only happens for the templates that come with the default CSVi install.
Virtuemart templates don't show these help messages.


I installed CSVi in another/separate J3.4.3 site, that has never had CSVi installed in the past & set up the same export template.
This also only has the default CVSI install - no addition addon's.
See setup screenshot below

I selected;
Action > Export
Component Joomla Users
Operation > User

Initially there was no help messages showing in the template, but upon saving, all the help messages showed up

I also set up an export for Just joomla categories (In this new/test site) & get this error when trying to just export categories field?

Unknown column 'Com_CategoriesModelExportCategory' in 'order clause' SQL=SELECT `c`.`path` FROM `hbxys_categories` AS `c` WHERE asset_id > 0 GROUP BY Com_CategoriesModelExportCategory ORDER BY Com_CategoriesModelExportCategory

Only similarity here is that both sites are on the same siteground VPS

As discussed, these issues are fixed with the patches I sent you and will be available in the upcoming 6.2.0 release of CSVI.
