I'm trying to export the invoices of Virtuemart. I have done a template but something went wrong, could you help me?
Please find attached the log file, and the following details:

Hello Maria,
You are using a very old version of CSVI, you are advised to update to latest CSVI 7.1.0 version. If you have issues even after the update, you need to explain on what went wrong with your export. Telling us "it doesn't work" wont help us to find the cause for the issue.

Hello Maria,
You have not updated your CSVI as per your debug log and screenshot. You need to do the CSVI update first before running the export. The error you are seeing is that there is no database field middle_name in virtuemart_userinfos table. Which version of VirtueMart are you running? Can you check for this field in your phpmyadmin? To do that Select database, look for table #__virtuemart_userinfos and check if there is a field middle_name.

Hello,
you are right, I had jaus updated the Virtuemart addon. Now all is uptated.
I attached the error log and the Virtuemart Usersinfo database structure, the field that makes the error appears as DELETED, what can i do?

Hello Maria,
Yes, the field middle_name in your database table is renamed to middle_name_DELETED_1469130626 and so you are seeing error on export. If you delete a shopper field in VirtueMart, it renames the field as DELETED with timestamp. To fix this you can add a new shopper field from VirtueMart as middle_name and then try the export.

Hello Maria,
Can you try to update your available fields and then do the export? If it doesn't help, please post your template XML file to check. To get template XML file go to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it.

Hello Maria,
The error you posted previously says that it cannot find field middle_name in virtuemart_user_infos table though your screenshot shows its there. I tried the same scenario here, deleted middle_name field and created a new one and the export works for me. Can you send me the mysql dump of your VirtueMart tables to check? You can send it as an email to tharuna@csvimproved.com.

Hello again,
I saw at the log that the field "middle_name" was missing also at the table "virtuemart_order_userinfos" so I made a new field also in this table.
Now the export works but I can see the file because is a .xml file. I don't have the chance to choose the type file I want, how can i do this?

Hello Maria,
You are doing order advanced export which generates .XML file by default. You have two options here
1. You can force order advanced export to generate .CSV file. To do that you can give the csv field format on XML layout tab for order and orderline like example "[order_number]";"[order_item_sku]";"[order_item_code]" and on File tab set export filename to be in .csv format.
2. You can use order export instead of order advanced so you generate .csv file and also have an option to select export file type you need on File tab in template settings.
