Resolved Export/import Menu

Hello,
I'm using RO CSVI 8.21.0. Installed it for the first time today. I want to transfer the menu entries from another installation. Unfortunately, I always get the following error message when importing:

An error occurred processing the records. The error occurred is shown below if available. Additionally, check your server log for any errors or warnings.{"error":true,"code":0,"message":"Com_CsviMaintenance::domNodeToArray(): Argument #1 ($root) must be of type DOMElement, null given, called in \/is\/htdocs\/wp11043233_V43ESJIWFA\/www\/tpsport\/plugins\/csviaddon\/csvi\/com_csvi\/model\/maintenance.php on line 2356"}

What am I doing wrong?

Can you post the import file you used and also import debug log to check? To get debug log read How to collect debug information? document.
