Resolved Export form Hikashop creates many duplicates

Please have a look at Group by and Sort by fields document to know on how to avoid duplicates on export.

Thanks for your reply.

I have tried to use the Group By concept using cname - thinking that this would give me a record for each customer's name - but it doesn't, it stops at the first customner - see file 102

If I take the group by field off then I have all the cofirmed customer but I have duplictaes.- see 103.

Can you point me to where I am going wroing - thanks

If you are looking for grouping by each user then you can try group by order_user_id and If you are getting duplicates of orders then you can try group by order_id.

Thank you, Group by order_user_id has reduced the number of duplicates but I am still generating a ''customer record'' for each line of the order that they have placed.

I tried adding group by order_id but that had no effect - any other ideas?

May I urge you to change the colour of the input text on this forum; it is so faint I am having a great deal of difficulty seeing what I am writing!

Are you saying you are seeing customer fields in export which you don't want to see? Can you send your export debug log along with export file to check?

The colour contrast with white background and input text field is not that different, Could be because of brightness setup in your system.
