Resolved Export files are empty

Hi,

I just updated to VERSION 6.4.3 and all exportations generate empty files...

Would appreciate your help very much!!

Can you edit the template, remove all the template fields and add them again and see if it works?

Changed to English with same result. See log. But the file is completely empty. Shouldn't it have at least the headers even if there were no rows to show?

It looks to me that the information is well generated as heavy exportations take more time than the simpler ones... To me the problem seems to be on the actual file generation...

Hello,
As per the logs, the language choosen seems to be Spanish. Not sure if there is any actual data in Spanish tables. Can you try export by setting language to English in Options tab in export template?

Can you post your latest export debug log?
Your old log says unsupported fields and so i told you Update available fields.

119Hi, thanks for your quick response!

I updated the Available Fields and reset the task but nothing changed. It's estrange as it takes time for the exportation like it was generating the info correctly... But afterwards the file opens empty.
