Joomla 3.6.5, VM 3.0.18 CSVI 7.02

Export Template with product_sku, product_discount_id and discountamount.
Export works, but product_sky is empty...

I dont know, why..

Hello,

The reason why you don't see the product_sku field is because you also have a multi-variant label set to product_sku. So CSVI skips exporting the product_sku field. Attached is the multi-variant field that is set to product SKU. This just doesn't look right to me, so I have changed the Product SKU to Custom label for now, but it looks like this custom field doesn't even belong there. This is for product SKU 580765502.

If you don't need the multi-variant field there, I would suggest to just remove it.

You can not export the product_sku field as well.

I don't know why either because there is no debug log to check. Which type of export have you chosen in your template?

Is there anything in the export file?

Hello Flyed,
It is strange that you have product_sku field in your export fields but it is not added to export query as per your debug log and so the field is empty. One thing to check here is that you have set category filter in your export template, what if you remove the filter and export all products? Is it the same? You can also try updating available fields before doing the export.

No, that issue was in CSVI 7.0.0 version, you are already on 7.0.2 so the issue is already fixed with this version. There is something really wrong in reading product_sku in your site. Can you also please send me database access details?
