Hi,

I just purchased CSVI Pro and trying to export VM orders but getting below error:
Unknown column 'f.table_name' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT `f`.`csvi_templatefield_id`,`f`.`field_name`,`f`.`column_header`,`f`.`table_name`,`f`.`xml_node`,`f`.`default_value`,`f`.`enabled`,`f`.`sort`,`f`.`ordering`,`f`.`cdata` FROM `#__csvi_templatefields` AS `f` WHERE `f`.`csvi_template_id` = 13 ORDER BY `f`.`ordering`

Same error is there in every export and even example sample templates are not working.

Also, I've noticed, there is not anything inside template fields. I tried to add new field but it's not working either!

Help pls...

Thanks,

Hello,
It looks like something has gone wrong with your CSVI installation, the error you have posted says that there is a missing field in CSVI table in your database. Can you uninstall and install CSVI again and see if issue gets solved?
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
It looks like you are having the old tables of your CSVi install and so re install did not help.

Can you do the following?
1. Uninstall CSVI by going to Joomla Extensions >> Manage >> Search for CSVI in filter box
2. Go to your site PHPMyAdmin, select your database and look for tables starting with #__csvi (#__ is your table prefix) and delete all of those tables.
3. Do a fresh install of CSVI.
Kind regards,

Tharuna

Hello,
You can install the sample templates by going to CSVI Maintenance menu >> Select CSVI Pro in first option >> Install example templates in second option.

Hello Dave,

Please see the Manage timeouts documentation on how to configure your template for import on your server.

There is a little misunderstanding. You are doing an export but the screen talks about an import.

The timeouts are only applicable to an import. If your export is taking too long, all you can do is set the number of record to export in your template. When you edit the template go to the File tab and see there the From record and To record.

The other thing you can do is contact your host to see how you can increase the maximum execution time.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi

I checked that document but it seems to be about imports. My issue is with export.

What should the settings be for export?

I get attached error. Also attached the log

Thanks

Dave

Hello Dave,

Did you see the second part of my message where I talk about the export?

The override of the system limits usually only work on dedicated or VPS servers, if you have one that is great. However the time is not so good ;) You set the execution time to 10 which means the script has 10 seconds to complete the export. Unless you are exporting 1 or 2 records that should be fine but on a normal system, that is not going to be enough. If you can override server values with this, it is more likely this should be 120 or 240.

The debug log looks all good. The other message you receive is because CSVI is waiting for a response within 10 seconds but never received it, as I said earlier, this should be longer than 10 seconds.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hello Dave,
Override limits did not work may be because your server is not a dedicated server. In that case you need to contact your hosting provider for help in increasing the maximum execution time.

As Roland said earlier, you can also set From and To records in your export template settings on File tab and see if your export works for less number of records. If that works then increasing maximum execution time should help you get all records in one export.
Kind regards,

Tharuna
