I have read the getting started
I’m using the template that is already created (Example Virtuemart Category export) and it only does the first couple of categories and I have 102 categories. I have attached print screens
I’m not seeing extensions for 5.21.2.
I’m using CSVI 5.21.2
I’ve attached a copy of my debug report.
I hope I have given you everything you need. What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
As per your debug log the language is set as en-GB(English), can you check if your 102 categories are in #__virtuemart_categories_en_gb table or in any other language table?

Hello,
Looking again into your debug log i see that you have set category_description and published fields as Group by fields in your template, can you remove them and then run the export?

I made the change and it appears to be importing them. I do get the following message: The last server response has not been received in a timely fashion. The server my still be busy or stopped the process. You can wait a little longer to see if the server will sent a response or cancel the process. I do see another thread regarding this and will try the steps there. However, I'm getting all my product categories. What is missing is the links for the pictures.

I have attached my export file as well as a screen shot of one of the product categories on the image tab. You can see it just lists images/virtuemart/category/ in the Used URL and nothing in the Used Thumb URL.

Any thoughts?

Hello,

Regarding the timeout, please check the Manage timeouts document. This lists some steps you can take to mitigate the notice.

Your CSV file looks good to me. Can you post the debug log of the import, this will tell us what is happening with the images. The images already exist in the new site?
