Resolved Export children product_price

Hello,

In price export I have product-price but only parent products

Can you post the debug log of your price export to check? To know on how to get the debug log check the blue box on top of this page.

In product export I have children products but not product_price field.

If you don't see product_price field in product export try updating your available fields.

I made a new template with fewer fields and it works??

The log shows that you have set filter with categories with id 309 in your export template settings and so may be you are seeing only few products. Can you go to Options tab in your price export template and remove any categories set in Category field and set it to Don't use and then run the export?

I would need to see the debug log of the import for which you don't see product_price field along with template XML file to check why product_price is not exported. To get template XML file go to CSVI maintenance page, Select CSVI Pro on first option and Backup template on second option. Select your template and click continue. Download the XML file and post it.

There is no support for category id field in price export. You can try doing product export by adding virtuemart_category_id or category_path field to your export.

The product_price field is set to unpublished in your template fields and so you were not seeing it in export file. Publish the field and try the export again.

Thank you for your answer.

Sorry pour the unpublish field.
Now I have product_price in product export, but I ave a problem.
Each 4 or 5 line some data are wrong.
pricewithouttax and salesprice = 0
product_discount_id is blank
and product_price is an unknow amount and is the same for each line in error.

Theese data are correct with export prices.

Have you ever encountered this problem?

Can you load the attached patch file from CSVI maintenance menu and then try the export? See if the issue with prices is solved.

From your export file i see that the rows with salesprice and pricebeforetax as 0 are all having the product_price as 37.25. Can you also send me a private message with mysql dump of your VirtueMart virtuemart_products, virtuemart_products_fr_fr and virtuemart_product_prices to check?

I had check my database and the problem is in my data and not a CSVI problem.
