Resolved Export as CSV File but Exporting as HTML

Folks,

I just completed setting up my first CSV export. I built a template and set the Export Type in the File tab to CSV. I've select all the fields and process. When I look at the downloaded file, it is HTML and not CSV. How do I get the data into a CSV format?
