is it possibile export a template from a website and import the same template in other website ?
Yes it is possible, to do that Go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in the first option, Backup templates in the second option. Select the templates you need and click on continue. Your templates will be stored on your server in the form of an XML file. The path will be shown after backup is done. Save the file.
Now on the other server, Go to CSVI maintenance menu, select CSVI Pro in the first option, restore templates in the second option. Select the XML file you just created and saved from the other server and click continue. Your template should be available now.
