Resolved esport not completed

Joomla 3.3.6
Virtuemart 3.0.2
csviPro 5.20
I have a big catalog (more than 13000 books) I export ( filtering… 6200 books.. cxvi pro process all ok.. but when I open the file I have only 5719 object exported..
with this tex" <p>The server encountered an internal error or
misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.</p>…..
….
<p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>
How I can solve?

site is "cartazucchero.it" pho limit 64mb but I use the csvipro functionality to bypass it

Hello,

First let's fix the error. To fix the error please contact your host to ask them what the real error is of the internal error. Once we know the real error we can see what to do.

Do you have a VPS or dedicated server? Usually the bypass feature is not supported by the server.

I dont'have a VPS or dedicated server..( :( )
I momentaneary solved esporting part of list ( first from row1 to 3500, second from 3501 to 6000 and so on…)

I will contact my hosting for error.. but I thing…to not have a "response"

That doesn't sound like you a good host if they don't reply to your questions.
