Hello,

After each import I receive the following errors:

First, my web browser warns me that the forwarding page has not been set correctly.
After entering the URL field of my browser and pressing enter, I'm in my back-end again.
I then see the status of my last import:

First:
Mixing of GROUP columns (MIN(),MAX(),COUNT(),...) with no GROUP columns is illegal if there is no GROUP BY clause SQL=SELECT COUNT(`status`) AS `total`,`status`,`result` FROM `lmot_csvi_logdetails` WHERE `csvi_log_id` = 14 ORDER BY `csvi_logdetail_id`

Then a number of times:
No run ID has been found. This means that CSVI was not able to initialise the import or that the processes table is not available.

Please advise.

Thanks, Ralph

Hello Ralph,

First, my web browser warns me that the forwarding page has not been set correctly.
No idea what that is, never seen anything as such. Do you have a screenprint of it?

The database version you posted here is the version of CSVI, not the version of MySQL I believe. I am interesting to see which MySQL version you have because this query you posted gives no error here.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Hi Roland,

Please find screenshots enclosed (Dutch).
- browser error
- 2nd error
- system info

After the browser error, I retype (select) the URL and press Enter.
I then get the 2nd error. Import is succesful however.

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards,

Ralph

Hello Ralph,

Now it is clear to me what you see happening. The redirect error is most likely due to the SQL error you see. The reason why you get this SQL error I think is because you have a very old database version. This version is from July 2007 (source). It is surprising your host is using such an old MySQL version while your PHP version is up-to-date. This is something you may want to check with your host to at least update to MySQL 5.1.

The import can be successful because the error is only related to store the log details of the import.
Kind regards,

RolandD

Thank you Roland,

I will discuss this with my hosting provider.
Hopefully they will be able to update soon.

Kind regards,
