After a payment with Buckaroo I get an error: No log ID has been found
See the attached screenshot
The strange thing in this situation is that I receive a confirmation email without the Buckaroo payment (pay cash at pick up).
What happened:
- I ordered a product
- After the checkout form I'm on the Buckaroo site to select a bank for the iDeal payment
- The money is transfered from the bank account
- The browser sends me back to the webshop and displays the attached error

But why? I have a status page menu item.
In Admin Tools /cli/notify.php is allowed, but when go to the url in the browser the error is "No log ID has been found"
I didn't see any clue in the transaction log, but maybe you understand what goes wrong (see attachment)

Hi Roland,
(If it's you, why do we communicate in English? :D )

The link of the status page is https://breinbreier.nl/status-buckaroo but after a payment you don't get to that page.
That's the only RO Payments menu-item there is.
In Joomla 3 it worked, it happened after the shop was migrated to Joomla 5 4 months ago.

Hi Robert,

Which URL are you being redirected to? The payment log, if you check it, shows that you are sent to buckaroo but never returned you the site.

Did this suddenly happen or it never occurred before?
