Joomla Version 3.1.1

CSVI Version 5.10

(virtuemart not installed)

K2 version 2.6.6

After installation, clicking Process results in the following error:
1054 Unknown column 'process' in 'field list' SQL=SELECT name AS text, id AS value, process FROM `j25_csvi_template_settings` ORDER BY `name`

I can't get far enough along to collect the debug information.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with the same result.

Hi,
I am using Joomla 3.1.1 and have the pro version of CSVI.
I am trying to install the extension so that I can import some CSV files that have been output from another CMS (Drupal).
On install, I am getting this error message:

An error has occurred.

0 SQL=SELECT name AS text, id AS value, process FROM `j25_csvi_template_settings` ORDER BY `name`

Return to Control Panel

Then when I try to open the extension I get the same error message.
Can you give me any explanation why this might be happening?

Hello Paddy,

This sounds like the installation hasn't gone as it should. The error doesn't seem to come from the installation though. You can try to go to the About section and click fix database. Let me know how it goes.

Hello All,

I have merged both your topics as they are the exact same issue. Now I did a clean Joomla 3.1.1. install and then installed CSVI Pro 5.10 without any problems.

So my next step was to remove CSVI Pro completely and install K2 and then install CSVI Pro again but also this time no issues.

As mentioned in my first post, please try to go to the About section and click Fix database and let me know how it goes.

With your help I have managed to complete the import of all of the data and have stopped tearing my hair out :)
