Resolved Error upon installation.

Hello,

This error usually shows up when some old CSVI tables were present during installation. The easiest would be to do a clean installation by going to the maintenance section in CSVI and select to delete the CSVI tables. After that uninstall CSVI so that all is gone. After that do an install of CSVI and you should be OK.

If the error still shows up you will have to check your database and manually remove the tables that start with csvi_ and uninstall CSVI. After that doing an install you should have a clean installation.

I have installed the CSVI 7.2.3 pro on Joomla 3.7.3 Virtuemart 3.2.22.

I was following the instructions below to create the template to import the virtuemart categories, but on option # 5 I don't have VituemMart as a option even though it's installed. All I have are Joomla options. My options are CSVI Pro, Joomla Categories, Joomla Contact, Joomla Content, Joomla Custom fields, Joomla Menus & Joomla Users. Virtuemart was installed before I added CSVI. What am I missing?

Creating the template

A template can be created by following these steps:

Go to Components -> CSVI Pro -> Templates
Click New
Give the template a name, say for example VirtueMart category import
Set Action to Import
Set Component to VirtueMart
Set Operation to Category
Click Next: Select Source
Source is set default to Load from your computer. No need for change.
Click Next: Select options
The default values are OK, change if needed.
Click Next: Select fields
Nothing needed here as we set to Use column headers as configuration in step 10.
Click Next: Finalize
All done here
Click Close to return to the list of templates or Edit if you want to fine-tune the template further.
