Resolved Error Unknown column 'template_name' in 'field list'

hello, i am having trouble creating a new template and/or importing a template from my last install on a dedicated server. I have attached the template. when i try and create a template it says it saves but does not move to the next screen. When i try and import the template i get; Error
Unknown column 'template_name' in 'field list'. please advise I am using Joomla 3.8.12 and csvi 7.7.1 and hikashop 3.5.1

Hello,
The template you attached restores fine, all you need to do is to go to CSVI Maintenance page, select CSVI Pro on first option, Restore templates in second option, select your template XML file and click on Continue.

For template creating issue, it is possible there could be a Javascript error. can you check the page using Firefox web console and send us a screenshot on what you see?
