Resolved ERROR Unknown column 'action' in 'field list'

Hi,

trying to install sample templates, but I get this error:

"Error
Unknown column 'action' in 'field list'"

No matter what I do I cannot create any templates to CSVI Pro 3.7.2. for this site. I am in process of transferring data from old to new site. It is working fine in the fresh site, but the old site is giving this error both when trying to install sample data and new import or new export template.

I have updated the fields a few times, no help. I can sen details of the site if you tell where where to send them.

Which version of Joomla you are using in your old site and in new site? Did the installation of CSVI go without any errors in your old site?

both have 3.7.2. (old and new) and no errors in installation. I tried installing again, but no change.

Hello Anne,
Can you go to PHPMyAdmin, look for table #__csvi_templates and check if there is a column action? Can you also post screenshot on what you see in the table?

Hi,
sorry I'm not used to handling database issues, nor will I know where to find such a table. I only use the programs in the admin interface. :)

I can get you the user details if you tell me where to send them.

Hello Anne,

Not sure what happened but most of your templates table was gone or is missing. Never seen that happen before, perhaps the process got interrupted. The table has been fixed and all should be fine now.
