I can't upload a excel file the 4 mb. How Can I upload this excel file?

this excel is the product description of virtuemart.

Hello,

If you need to upload a 4MB Excel file, you must make sure your server has a lot of memory available and a high maximum execution time. This is going to need a lot of resources. Alternatively you can save the file as CSV and import the CSV file, that requires a lot less resources.
